The 2023 Volvo XC60 is a premium compact SUV that has a lot to offer to buyers looking for an efficient vehicle that will be able to carry all of their luggage in impressive comfort.
A very comfortable SUV
The 2023 Volvo XC60 is one of the most comfortable vehicles in its segment due to the orthopedically designed front seats that have been a hallmark of Volvo for years, as well as its compliant ride and its advanced available comfort features. In order to provide even more comfort on longer drives, the front seats can be ordered with a massaging function that includes the ventilation feature. To guard every passenger against the extremes of the climate, the XC60 comes standard with a dual-zone automatic climate control system that can be upgraded to a four-zone system. To benefit from the best possible ride comfort without sacrificing driving dynamics, the XC60 can also be equipped with a four-wheel adaptive air suspension system.
Lots of space for passengers and luggage
The 2023 Volvo XC60 is not only comfortable and luxurious, but it is also very practical. Indeed, the XC60’s cargo compartment offers 483 litres of usable space behind the rear seats to allow five passengers to take place on board with all of their luggage. If the rear seat is not occupied, it can be folded down to reveal up to 1,792 litres of space behind the front seats, thus making it possible to carry very large items that won’t fit many competitors.
Fuel-efficient mild hybrid powertrains
Every 2023 Volvo XC60 is powered by some form of an electrified drivetrain. The entry-level B5 and B6 models are both mild hybrid systems that are based on the same turbocharged 2,0L four-cylinder engine that makes 250 horsepower in the B5 model and 300 horsepower in the B6 with the help of a supercharger, in addition to the turbocharger. Despite this level of power, the electrification helps keep the fuel consumption of both engines at a very low level of only 8,6 L/100 km on the highway for the more powerful B6.
