Earlier this week I picked up my 2026 Volvo XC60 Ultra Black Edition. When I first walked into the dealership I had 2 different vehicles in mind. One being the Volvo. My very professional Sales Associate was John Mitsopulos. I have, in my lifetime, purchased quite a number of new vehicles. The buying process here was awesome. It was smooth, professional and enjoyable. John is truly a professional. But more than that, a very caring individual. There was absolutely no pressure but only legitimate concern and care that I got the car I wanted and the deal that I needed to make it happen. Thanks again John for such a great experience. Incredible experience from the beginning to the end. I purchased a XC90 plug in demo and our salesrep Terry made it smooth and easy. He is straight on point and provides you with the best price you can get. I had to make some adjustment and the service team was just beyond supportive and phenomenal.
